Attention Members – Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

The Bandits Baseball Club Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 29 August 2023 at Raiders Club Kippax, located at Hardwick Cr, Holt, ACT.

Reports from the President, the Treasurer and the Club Registrar will be tabled at the AGM along with a fully audited copy of the club financial information.

All Club Executive and Committee positions will be vacated at the AGM and we will be calling for nominations for all positions.

If you would like to be involved in the running of our club or would like any further information, please get in contact by emailing secretary@actbandits.com.au or president@actbandits.com.au. If you wish to nominate for a committee position please email secretary@actbandits.com.au

Nominations can be made prior, or in attendance at the meeting, If there is a nomination received prior, then the position will default to this nomination. If multiple nominations are received, there will be a vote cast by. Those in attendance at the meeting.

Nominations for Bandits Life Members can also be made, but must be received prior to the meeting. Nomination forms can be found on our website at actbandits.com.au

As part of the AGM we will also officially be inducting our 2 latest members of the Bandits Hall of Fame.
