The Bandits Baseball Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 27 August 2024 at the Raiders Club Kippax, located at Hardwick Crescent, Holt, ACT.

Reports from the President, the Treasurer and the Club Registrar will be tabled at the AGM along with a fully audited copy of the club financial information.

All Club Executive and Committee positions will be vacated at the AGM and we will be hoping to fill as many positions as possible from the following:
- President
- Vice President Seniors
- Vice President Juniors
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Club Registrar
- Publicity Officer
- Uniform and Equipment Coordinator
- Junior Development Officer
- Canteen Coordinator
- Groundskeeper/Grounds Team
- Scoring Coordinator
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Fundraising Sub-Committee
- Umpires Coordinator
- Website Coordinator
- General Committee Members

Nominations can be made prior to, or in attendance at the meeting. Where a nomination is received prior, then the position will default to this nomination. If multiple nominations are received, a vote will take place by those in attendance at the meeting.
